Johnson & Johnson seeks a Manager to lead the I2C DS Collection & Dispute Management team in Zug, Switzerland, overseeing strategic collections, dispute resolution, and financial compliance for global accounts.

This position sits within the Global Services Finance team, supporting the Invoice to Cash process. The organization delivers financial services and ensures compliance for Operating Companies worldwide. Based in Zug, Switzerland, the role focuses on managing high-value accounts and complex financial interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the strategic oversight of customer collections and open receivables for complex, high-value accounts.
  • Drive customer payment behaviors to optimize cash flow, reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and lower credit risk.
  • Monitor and manage collection performance against established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Conduct advanced accounts receivable forecasting, trend analysis, and root cause investigations.
  • Provide senior-level decision-making authority for Sales Order Releasing activities.
  • Oversee the complete dispute lifecycle for strategically important, high-risk, or high-revenue customer accounts.
  • Act as a Senior Subject Matter Expert for complex, non-standard, or escalated disputes.
  • Manage non-disputed credits, revenue adjustments, and reconciliation tasks.
  • Lead or participate in customer-facing negotiations to resolve disputes.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, Revenue Delivery, and Finance teams as a strategic partner.
  • Support leadership with advanced analysis, executive-ready reporting, and high-impact special projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 4-6 years of relevant professional experience.
  • End-to-end Invoice to Cash process experience, including Cash Applications, Credit Management, and Collections/Dispute Management.
  • Fluent English proficiency for oral and written communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Nice to have

  • CPA, CMA, MBA, or other financial certifications.
  • Experience in the Healthcare or Pharma industry.
  • Change Management skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP systems.
  • Foreign language capabilities.
  • Experience from BPO or shared services centers of multinational corporations.
  • Digital or intelligent automation capabilities.
