Internship - After-Sales Service Assistant

Internship in After-Sales Service at a new CHANEL boutique in Zurich, focusing on client care, repair coordination, and inventory management. Duration: 4-6 months starting July/September 2026.

This internship supports a new CHANEL boutique in Zurich that specializes in alteration, care, and repair services. The position helps maintain client loyalty by turning service interactions into positive experiences while managing repair workflows and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide clients through after-sales procedures according to brand standards.
• Resolve customer concerns to build long-term loyalty.
• Log repair requests in internal databases and track their status.
• Liaise with local, global, and external repair workshops.
• Handle product shipments, deliveries, and incoming stock.
• Oversee orders and stock levels for tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Suggest improvements to enhance workspace efficiency.
• Represent the CHANEL & moi initiative and attend daily morning briefings.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Business, Management, or related degree program.
• Fluent in both English and German.
• Competent in standard office software applications.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in luxury, hospitality, or retail environments.
