Roche seeks an intern for its PD Medical Affairs Nucleus Team in Basel, focusing on end-to-end evidence generation. This 12-month onsite role supports strategic planning and data management within a global medical affairs context.
This internship is situated within the End-to-End Evidence Generation sub-chapter of the PD Medical Affairs Nucleus in Basel. The position serves as a medical affairs enabling function, offering practical exposure to strategic planning, business management, data insights, systems, and resource oversight.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular reporting and analytics, with a focus on resource management.
- Maintain compliance with time-coding standards across the PDMA department.
- Ensure data integrity and keep organizational charts up to date.
- Assist in executing strategic projects by managing timelines, coordinating meetings, and monitoring deliverables.
- Collaborate with international medical affairs teams on planning, data handling, and resource allocation.
- Support cross-chapter initiatives and projects within the Nucleus team.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree or having completed studies within the last 12 months before the start date.
- Background in Life Sciences, Data Sciences, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong project management and analytical capabilities.
- Prior experience in data and resource management.
- Basic understanding of drug development and commercialization processes.
- Proficiency with Google, Microsoft, and AI tools.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
