Responsibilities
- Maintain and upgrade the complete IT infrastructure.
- Provide first- and second-level technical support to employees.
- Oversee external IT service providers.
- Manage hardware, software, and license inventories.
- Improve and digitize internal business processes.
- Ensure IT security, data protection compliance, and backup strategies.
- Train staff on new tools and technologies.
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy.
- Maintain the website and social media platforms.
- Produce text, image, and video content for projects and news.
- Plan and run marketing campaigns, events, and trade fairs.
- Design brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Manage brand identity and corporate design standards.
- Analyze marketing metrics to find optimization opportunities.
- Support the development of internal knowledge management systems.
Requirements
- Vocational training or degree in IT, marketing, media, or a related field.
- Strong technical understanding and interest in digital solutions.
- Experience in online marketing and proficiency with CMS, social media, and graphics software.
- Basic knowledge of networks, IT support, and system administration.
