IT Network Administrator (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless solutions.
• Participate in network upgrades, lifecycle management, and infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers when required.
• Maintain documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Support compliance, audit, and IT governance activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of network architecture and operational processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience operating and maintaining network infrastructure components in complex IT environments.
• Technically driven professional with a strong sense of ownership.
• Strong quality mindset with a structured and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in incident handling and escalation procedures.
• Experience working in structured IT environments with ITSM processes combined with broad IT infrastructure knowledge (cross-ITI).

Nice to have

• Experience in GxP-regulated environments is an advantage.
