Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

• Solve smaller or bigger issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee the extensive internal training program.
• Participate in Customer and internal Incident Management.
• Gain experience in Release Management.
• Integrate new advanced services into the operations concept.

Requirements

• University or FH degree preferably in a Computer Science-related field.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Open-minded and committed team-player attitude.
• Solution-oriented & innovative thinking.
• Desire to make a difference & acquire new skills.
• Knowledge or strong interest in Linux operating systems and networking.
• Knowledge of major internet protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, SMTP, DNS).
• Knowledge or strong interest in network security concepts and practices, or AI integration practices.
