Junior Controller (80-100%)

Publicis Media Switzerland AG seeks a Junior Controller (80-100%) in Zürich for a hybrid role. The position combines finance and creativity, focusing on financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting within a global agency network.

This position bridges finance and creative operations at the agency. The role handles financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting while offering hands-on experience to advance professional skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
• Partner on budget planning and forecasting to convert data into actionable business insights.
• Track budgets, actual expenditures, and client profitability.
• Engage in project controlling, ad hoc reporting, and cost management.
• Collaborate with the Shared Service Center, partner agencies, and DACH teams.
• Serve as the primary contact for finance and controlling inquiries within agency teams.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• A degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on finance & controlling.
• Strong Excel skills.

Nice to have

• First experience with Power BI and SAP.
• Speaking German.
