Junior R&D Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and development of the endoscope shaft.
• Integration of actuation, chip-on-the-tip camera modules, light sources, and data transmission.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to deliver a seamless and high-performance user experience.
• Contribute directly to how surgeons interact with and trust our technology in the operating room.
• Taking ownership of critical system components.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in system engineering, preferably in medical devices.
• Fluent in English (C1).
• Strong experience with mechanical design, mechatronics, kinematics, and prototyping.
• Solid understanding of both hardware and software integration, including tablet or embedded display systems.

Nice to have

• Experience working with ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304, IEC 60601-1, and regulated medical device production environments.
• Experience from endoscopy or similar MedTech companies.
