Julius Bär seeks a Junior Transformation Strategist in Zürich to support strategic communications, AI adoption, and the Ease of Doing Business programme within the Transformation Office.
The Transformation Office converts strategic priorities into a value-driven portfolio and manages execution through a strategic Programme Management Office. This team provides governance across steering, demand management, design, and delivery, while offering outcome-oriented reporting on the Bank’s change portfolio. It also supports the Digital Business Transformation unit in communicating with the Group Wealth Management Committee, Executive Board, and Board of Directors, contributing to key initiatives like the DBT strategy, AI strategy, and the Ease of Doing Business programme.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate communications for the Ease of Doing Business programme, including tracking benefits, maintaining roadmaps, updating the website, and reporting monthly achievements.
- Assist in developing strategic initiatives, such as the AI Strategy, and prepare communications for the Executive Board and Board of Directors.
- Design and implement a comprehensive communication plan to foster AI adoption and engagement throughout the organization.
- Produce high-quality presentations, reports, and executive communications for senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to broader Transformation Office priorities and strategic projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
- Initial exposure to banking, wealth management, consulting, strategy, or transformation initiatives through internships, work experience, or academic projects.
- Strong academic track record.
- Technology-savvy with a strong interest in digital innovation and AI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Creative thinker capable of developing compelling narratives and communication concepts.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English.

- Master’s degree.
- German language skills.
