Lead SAP Competence Center

SUMMIT RECRUITMENT AG seeks a Lead SAP Competence Center in Luzern to guide the evolution of S/4HANA systems for a public institution, combining technical leadership with strategic consulting.

This position focuses on advancing the S/4HANA landscape within a public sector organization. The incumbent will steer the technical direction of SAP platforms while serving as the primary advisor for all related inquiries, ensuring that implementations align with customer-centric goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct the team responsible for enhancing SAP S/4HANA, Analytics Cloud, and associated platforms.
• Serve as the main liaison for SAP-related matters, bridging process consulting with hands-on project execution.
• Develop internal technical solutions and coordinate effectively with external vendors and service partners.

Requirements

• A completed university degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional training.
• Over six years of experience managing an SAP Competence Center.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and a proven track record of autonomous work.
