SR Technics seeks a Licensed Aircraft Engineer (B1, A320) for line maintenance in Geneva. The role focuses on sheet metal repairs, daily checks, and ensuring airworthiness within a team-oriented environment.

This position supports the line maintenance of A320 aircraft at the Geneva facility. The engineer will handle routine inspections, structural repairs, and troubleshooting to keep planes operational, working within a global and dynamic aviation organization.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out line maintenance tasks, including daily and weekly checks, engine and APU replacements, defect rectification, and AOG recovery.
  • Execute work packages for A-checks, P-checks, and out-of-phase inspections, issuing certificates of release to service.
  • Conduct structural damage assessments and perform necessary repairs.
  • Ensure all aircraft meet airworthiness standards and comply with safety and quality policies.
  • Collaborate with the team and support the Shift-Leader or Supervisor while maintaining clear communication and reporting lines.
  • Promote a positive safety culture by implementing organizational safety and quality procedures.

Requirements

  • Hold a valid EASA Part-66 B1 license type-rated for the A320, or possess a CAT A license.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in verbal and written English.
  • Show working knowledge of health, safety, and quality procedures.
  • Be proficient in using MS Office applications.
  • Hold an EU passport, Swiss passport, or valid Swiss working permit, as required by Swiss immigration regulations.

Nice to have

  • Experience or additional skills in sheet metal work.
