The company seeks a Logistics Manufacturing Tech Team Lead in Meyrin to direct an agile team building manufacturing solutions, aligning technical vision with product strategy while managing budgets and cross-team integration.
This position sits within the Group Technology Product Domain’s Operations & Services sector, specifically in the Manufacturing Product Area. The role combines technical solution design and maintenance with the leadership of a skilled agile team dedicated to supporting the manufacturing sites of the company's brands.
Responsibilities
- Establish a technical direction and keep the project roadmap aligned with enterprise architecture and product strategy.
- Oversee a group of experienced consultants responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting manufacturing solutions using Agile methods.
- Mentor, guide, and inspire the team to deliver optimal solutions and stay updated on emerging technologies.
- Guarantee that all work adheres to defined security and architectural standards.
- Handle budget planning and resource allocation to meet the demands of various brand manufacturing sites.
- Serve as the primary liaison for cross-functional integration and collaboration with other teams.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or engineering qualification.
- Minimum of seven years of experience, preferably with a consulting background, interacting with industrial logistics and IT environments.
- Proven track record managing the full lifecycle of Manufacturing ERP and WMS implementations, from design through operation.
- Collaborative leadership style with a focus on coaching.
- Background in designing business solutions using SAP ERP and EWM, along with MES experience, preferably involving Low Code/No Code platforms.
- Solid grasp of architecture design principles and integration technologies like APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks for software development and customization.
- Demonstrated experience in team management covering design, deployment, support, budget tracking, and planning.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to executives, peers, and industry partners.
- Fluency in both French and English.
Nice to have
- Prior consulting experience.
- Experience with MES systems.
- Familiarity with Low Code or No Code development platforms.
