This position sits within the Content Platforms Product Area in Meyrin, where a dedicated group of seven experts focuses on systems that expose content. The primary purpose of the role is to guide Development Engineers and Business Analysts, ensuring technical alignment and team cohesion while supporting broader product goals.

Responsibilities

• Guide and inspire a group of Development Engineers and Business Analysts.
• Foster a collaborative #OneTeam culture across the group.
• Maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders, managers, and peer teams.
• Attend Scrum of Scrum sessions to facilitate cross-team cooperation.
• Assist the Product Area Manager in organizing Quarterly Alignment Days.
• Work alongside Product Owners to shape release planning.
• Keep the product backlog organized, groomed, and properly prioritized.
• Partner with the Solution Architect to ensure designs match the architectural vision.
• Oversee timesheet administration and track budget usage.
• Evaluate team performance and apply methods to boost productivity.
• Generate reports and present team outcomes to a broad audience.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated history of serving as a Technical Team Lead on large-scale, global initiatives.
• Minimum of three years of experience in the Technical Team Lead capacity.
• Professional fluency in both English and French.
