CRM / Commerce Technical Lead

The company seeks a CRM / Commerce Technical Lead in Geneva to oversee engineering teams and the architecture of scalable CRM & Loyalty platforms.

This position focuses on guiding the engineering team in building scalable digital platforms within the CRM & Loyalty domain. The role is responsible for managing the architecture, development, and integration of these platforms, ensuring they meet business needs and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Guide the engineering team in creating scalable digital platforms for CRM and Loyalty.
• Manage content and deliverables within their specific area of expertise.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge in at least one key technology or subject area.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth collaboration and system integration.
• Mentor and lead team members across all experience levels, from junior to senior.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Represent the company's vision and act as an ambassador for the brand.
• Help shape the team's long-term vision and strategic direction.
• Serve as a subject matter expert during client pitches and project work.
• Oversee the overall architecture, development, and integration of the CRM & Loyalty platform.
