Tech Team Lead Content Platforms

The company seeks a Tech Team Lead for its Content Platforms product area in Meyrin, CH. The role involves leading a team of engineers and analysts, managing agile delivery, and collaborating with stakeholders across global luxury brands.

This position is based within the CONTENT PLATFORMS Product Area in Meyrin. The team consists of seven specialists focused on building content exposure systems using diverse integration methods and technologies. The role requires guiding the team while ensuring alignment with product goals and architectural standards.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor Development Engineers and Business Analysts, fostering their professional growth.
• Promote a collaborative #OneTeam culture across the group.
• Maintain clear communication channels with internal stakeholders, managers, and other product teams.
• Attend Scrum of Scrum sessions to facilitate cross-team coordination.
• Schedule and lead regular meetings to review progress, solve issues, and provide feedback.
• Assist the Product Area Manager in preparing for Quarterly Alignment Days.
• Execute product objectives in sync with Product Owners and management.
• Work with Product Owners to define release scopes and timelines.
• Maintain a prioritized and actionable product backlog for upcoming sprints and releases.
• Partner with the Solution Architect to align solution designs with the overall architecture vision.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance leads and test engineers to guarantee delivery quality.
• Liaise with Support leads and engineers to handle operational queries and incidents.
• Share critical updates, such as environment status and milestones, with product leadership.
• Oversee timesheet management and track budget utilization.
• Evaluate team performance, spot improvement areas, and drive efficiency strategies.
• Generate and distribute performance reports to a broad audience.
• Develop communication materials alongside Product Owners for business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated history as a Technical Team Lead on large-scale, global projects.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a Technical Team Lead capacity for software development.
• Solid background in Agile methodologies.
• Fluent proficiency in both English and French.
