Maintenance Technician

Nolato Contour seeks a Junior Maintenance Technician to ensure factory equipment reliability and safety in a stable, supportive environment.

This position supports a fast-expanding manufacturer of critical medical devices. The primary objective is to maintain operational continuity by ensuring all machinery functions correctly, thereby contributing to the production of life-saving equipment for global clients.

Responsibilities

• Configure and prepare shop tools and machinery for use.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on all factory assets.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose operational issues in running machines.
• Execute necessary modifications to equipment following approved protocols.
• Replace or repair defective components to restore functionality.
• Test and start up various systems to verify performance standards.
• Install, maintain, and fix electrical systems and equipment.
• Preserve the condition of the facility and surrounding grounds.
• Document all maintenance activities and tool usage accurately.

Requirements

• Completion of high school education or an equivalent credential.

Nice to have

• An associate degree in a relevant technical field or comparable professional training.
• Two to four years of hands-on experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Practical background in welding, plumbing, HVAC, blueprint interpretation, basic PLC operations, and compressor or vacuum system management.
