Mandate Manager – Lausanne

Berney Associés in Lausanne seeks a Mid-level Mandate Manager to handle client portfolios, accounting, tax, and payroll duties in a hybrid, full-time role.

This position focuses on managing and growing a diverse client base while building strong professional relationships. The role entails overseeing accounting, tax, and payroll processes on behalf of clients, providing guidance on financial matters, and ensuring accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and expand a diverse client portfolio while maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Handle the complete accounting cycle, including bookkeeping, reviews, and finalization, both at the office and client sites.
• Draft annual financial statements, accounts, and related reports.
• Provide advisory support to clients regarding their accounting and financial needs.
• Prepare personal income tax returns and VAT filings.
• Process payroll and manage associated social security contributions for clients.

Requirements

• Hold a Federal diploma in finance and accounting.
• Possess at least 3 to 4 years of experience working within a Swiss fiduciary firm.
• Demonstrate strong organizational abilities, a strong sense of responsibility, and comfort in client interactions.
• Work independently, show versatility, maintain organization, and proactively take initiative.
