Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance machine learning components across data handling, training, evaluation, and inference.
• Fine-tune and integrate models into larger production systems.
• Design and implement evaluation and testing methods to analyze model behavior.
• Contribute to building and maintaining data pipelines for both real-world and synthetic data.
• Diagnose and resolve model-related issues, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents.
• Iteratively release improvements and incorporate feedback from real user interactions.
• Collaborate with senior ML engineers and product teams to align technical work with goals.
• Operate within real production constraints including latency, cost, reliability, and safety.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of machine learning principles and modern neural architectures.
• Practical experience in training, fine-tuning, or deploying machine learning models.
• Ability to write robust, production-ready code and quickly adapt to new tools.
• Curious, receptive to feedback, and motivated to learn from real-world system behavior.
• Capable of navigating ambiguous situations with guidance and gradually taking on more ownership.
