Operational Excellence Intern

Roger Dubuis seeks an Operational Excellence Intern to support the Supply Chain Process Improvement program, focusing on automation, optimization, and real-time business insights.

This internship sits within the Supply Chain Execution team, contributing to the Supply Chain Process Improvement (SPI) initiative. The primary objective is to enhance end-to-end processes, with a specific emphasis on distribution, by automating workflows and providing clear, real-time visibility into operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the Supply Chain Execution landscape to gain a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end workflows.
• Build, maintain, and refine assets within the Celonis platform.
• Lead and engage the Celonis user community to encourage tool adoption and increase awareness.
• Develop educational materials and training resources for the community.
• Monitor Celonis release notes, industry standards, and new feature developments.
• Assess how emerging features can improve team capabilities and share actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrates a strong analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both French and English.
• Capable of explaining complex technical ideas in simple terms for non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, organized, independent, and enthusiastic about collaborating in a fast-paced setting.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with Celonis, PowerBI, SQL, or process mapping techniques.
