Operational Excellence Intern

The company seeks an Operational Excellence Intern to support the Supply Chain Process Improvement program, focusing on automating processes and providing real-time insights within the Distribution area.

This internship sits within the Supply Chain Execution team's Supply Chain Process Improvement (SPI) program, specifically targeting Distribution. The position assists the SPI initiative by streamlining business workflows, implementing automation, and delivering immediate visibility into operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Examine Cartier's Supply Chain Execution to gain a thorough understanding of end-to-end workflows.
• Build, update, and enhance Celonis tools and assets.
• Lead and engage the Celonis user community to encourage platform usage, increase awareness, and share platform updates.
• Produce educational materials and training resources for the community.
• Monitor Celonis release notes, industry standards, and new feature announcements.
• Assess how emerging features can improve team capabilities and share practical recommendations with the group.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrates a strong analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Possesses effective verbal and written communication abilities in both French and English.

Nice to have

• Previous experience or familiarity with Celonis, PowerBI, SQL, or process mapping techniques.
