Philip Morris Services SA seeks an intern in Lausanne to support the Operations Strategy & Results Delivery team, focusing on cost intelligence and cross-functional project validation.
This internship is embedded within the global Operations Strategy & Results Delivery team located in Lausanne. The position centers on establishing Operations Cost/Loss Intelligence frameworks, defining user needs to propose suitable solutions, and validating these concepts through collaboration with various departments.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Operations and Finance functions to establish the Operations Cost/Loss Intelligence system.
- Identify specific user requirements to recommend appropriate solutions that address identified needs.
- Manage the validation of Proof of Concept initiatives in partnership with selected internal departments.
Requirements
- Available to start in the third quarter of 2026.
- Currently studying or educated in engineering, industrial management, finance, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous situations and work autonomously toward results.
- Highly motivated, proactive, enthusiastic, and rigorous in approach.
- Comfortable interacting with large, cross-functional groups of stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Fluent proficiency in both spoken and written English.
