Responsibilities

• Execute volatility and skew trades across global energy markets with a sharp focus on risk and reward.
• Continuously analyse market conditions and translate them into effective, high-conviction trading strategies.
• Collaborate with data scientists to develop innovative tools that support confident and fast decision-making.
• Drive the evolution of trading infrastructure, tools, and processes.

Requirements

• A university degree combined with a solid understanding of options and volatility trading.
• A minimum of 3+ years of option trading experience.
• Proactive and performance-oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Analytical thinking, fast decision-making and composure under pressure.
• Quantitative skills and ideally coding experience in Python or a similar language.
• Fluent English communication.

Nice to have

• Experience specifically in commodity/energy options.
• Other languages such as German or French.
