Roche seeks a Senior P&OG Consulting Lead for Diagnostics in Basel to drive organizational effectiveness and transformation within the Pharma division.
This position serves as a critical link within the Consulting area of practice, ensuring that high-impact outcomes align with Roche’s long-term strategic goals. The incumbent is responsible for designing and accelerating large-scale organizational effectiveness and transformation initiatives across the Pharma division, acting as a key partner to business leaders and strategy teams.
Responsibilities
- Co-lead the Consulting Area of Practice alongside the Practice Lead and other leads.
- Build the brand and advocate for the Consulting practice within the organization.
- Develop strategies to achieve short- and long-term outcomes aligned with Roche 2030 Ambitions.
- Design, lead, and execute complex change and transformation initiatives.
- Lead Consulting Points of Contact for Diagnostics and partner with business leaders.
- Develop collaborative partnerships with transformation offices and other teams.
- Hold a seat at the DPCET (Dia People & Culture Enabling Team).
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years relevant consulting experience in a global organization of similar size and complexity.
- Experience in internal consulting practice or large external consultancies in OD, management, and/or leadership.
- Proven senior stakeholder management skills in a highly complex and matrix environment.
- Outstanding networking and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent track record of partnering and collaboration within P&C and with other parts of the organization.
- Exceptional system-thinking and enterprise mindset.
- Formal (or informal) leadership experience.
- Demonstrated courage and ability to face into ambiguous situations, pushing back and challenging the status quo.
- Knowledge of agile principles and methodologies applied in an enterprise-wide context.
- Fluent English language skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of other languages besides English.
