Paralegal Structuring and Fund Formation

The company seeks a mid-level Paralegal for Structuring and Fund Formation in Pfäffikon, CH. This hybrid role supports the Private Equity Investment Structuring team with vehicle incorporation, compliance, and administrative duties.

This position supports the Private Equity Investment Structuring team at the company. The role has been created to handle the increasing complexity and expansion of the firm's business operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle the incorporation of investment vehicles across various jurisdictions, including Ireland, Luxembourg, the Cayman Islands, and the USA.
• Manage onboarding procedures and service level agreements for new investment structures, liaising with internal and external providers.
• Maintain legal documentation, such as offering documents and service provider requests, to ensure ongoing regulatory and tax compliance.
• Keep the internal database current with details regarding all Private Equity investment vehicles.
• Provide administrative support for internal management committees.

Requirements

• Hold a paralegal qualification or possess a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
• Work in a concise and diligent manner.
• Collaborate effectively within a team while also being capable of independent work.
• Thrive in a dynamic, international environment with a proactive approach.
