Responsibilities

• Co-create and co-own the company's growth journey in Switzerland.
• Grow a practice, shape teams, develop client relationships and create measurable impact.
• Work on deep, holistic transformations and implementation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting in Switzerland.
• A proven track record as a Partner or senior leader in a recognised consulting firm.
• A strong footprint commercial network in Switzerland within Life Sciences or the Financial Industry.
• Fluency in German and English.

Nice to have

• Commercial network in industries other than Life Sciences or Financial Industry.
