Performance Acceleration Senior Analyst - Nestlé Operations

Nestlé seeks a Senior Analyst to lead operational performance improvements across its global manufacturing network through a specialized four-year development program.

This position is part of a unique four-year development programme that includes international assignments at various factories. The primary objective is to accelerate operational performance and drive sustainable improvements throughout the global manufacturing network. The role requires extensive international travel and provides hands-on exposure to complex manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to boost performance, productivity, and competitiveness across global factories.
• Lead operational optimization and digital transformation projects to achieve measurable and lasting results.
• Partner with factory leadership, technical experts, and global stakeholders to speed up implementation and create value.
• Coach teams and support capability building to embed best practices and sustain long-term improvements.
• Manage cross-functional projects while leveraging Nestlé's global network to share knowledge, benchmark performance, and accelerate innovation.
• Strengthen operational excellence capabilities by promoting manufacturing standards and continuous learning across markets.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a factory environment, such as production, quality, engineering, or related manufacturing functions.
• Strong project leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Coaching and influencing capabilities to engage, develop, and support diverse teams.
• Fluent communication in English.
