Nestlé seeks a Senior Global Talent Assessment Manager in Vevey to lead the design and evolution of its enterprise-wide assessment strategy, combining scientific rigor with AI-first design for critical talent segments.

This position is responsible for creating and maintaining a robust, global assessment ecosystem that supports selection, development, and succession planning. By blending advanced psychometric expertise with human-centered design and artificial intelligence, the role aims to deliver world-class experiences for the company’s most vital talent pools while ensuring fairness and consistency across all business units.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine the global assessment strategy to ensure it remains scientifically sound and prepared for future needs.
  • Create comprehensive assessment frameworks using design thinking to guarantee governance, uniformity, and scalability.
  • Oversee the complete candidate and employee journey, ensuring smooth transitions into hiring, succession, and leadership development processes.
  • Facilitate assessment centers for executive and critical roles, and support leadership evaluations for mobility and progression.
  • Convert assessment data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Utilize AI, digital tools, and modern practices to improve the effectiveness and value of assessment programs.
  • Collaborate with internal partners such as Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, and HR Business Partners to maintain fairness and a seamless experience.
  • Train HR colleagues, hiring managers, and business leaders to interpret assessment results and make evidence-based talent decisions.
  • Manage the end-to-end relationship with external vendors for selection, assessment, and executive search services.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of assessment methodologies, including advanced psychometrics, structured and behavioral interviewing, and assessment centers.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills to evaluate predictive validity and derive meaningful talent insights.
  • Proficiency in applying design thinking, AI-first principles, and responsible AI practices within digital HR solutions.
  • Fluent proficiency in English for communication.
