Schindler Elevator seeks a Senior Talent Attraction Expert in Ebikon to lead strategic recruitment for critical roles, combining sourcing expertise with executive consulting.

This position serves as a strategic partner to leadership, responsible for managing the full lifecycle of complex hiring needs. The role focuses on balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience while advising executives on workforce planning and market trends to secure top talent for the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for high-priority and complex vacancies.
  • Advise senior leadership on modern hiring standards, ensuring a balance between efficiency, quality, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Provide strategic guidance to hiring managers regarding labor market dynamics and effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Execute proactive sourcing efforts and maintain robust talent pipelines across various channels.
  • Utilize structured interviews, case studies, and psychometric assessments to evaluate candidate potential, skills, and cultural alignment.
  • Continuously refine recruitment processes, tools, and methodologies to align with industry best practices.
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives focused on digitalization and process improvement within the talent acquisition function.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification, preferably with an HR focus.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in internal recruiting or a similar talent acquisition capacity.
  • Deep expertise in aptitude assessment, with the ability to evaluate personality, competencies, and potential profiles confidently.
  • Strong consulting abilities and a professional demeanor when interacting with executives and candidates.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms, particularly SAP SuccessFactors, as well as recruiting and social media tools.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • A structured, independent, and results-driven work ethic.
  • High standards of quality, a strong sense of ownership, and a passion for advancing recruiting practices.
