Global Talent Acquisition Lead (m/f/d) (80-100%)

Accelleron Industries seeks a Global Talent Acquisition Lead to define and execute a future-oriented recruiting strategy, leveraging data and technology to drive excellence across the end-to-end recruitment ecosystem.

The company is looking for a strategic leader to oversee its global talent acquisition function. This role involves defining the operating model, governance, and recruiting strategy while partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning. The position focuses on driving excellence through data, AI, and process optimization to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the global insourced recruiting model and operating structure.
• Advise executive leadership and HR teams on talent strategies, hiring priorities, and labor market shifts.
• Set and monitor recruitment targets and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
• Maintain and enhance the recruiting infrastructure, including Workday Recruiting, the careers site, and external channels.
• Continuously optimize end-to-end recruitment workflows.
• Lead transformation projects within talent acquisition and manage related change initiatives.
• Negotiate vendor contracts in coordination with the Procurement department.
• Manage the global recruiting budget.
• Create guidelines and provide training for hiring managers.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws, data privacy regulations, and governance standards.

Requirements

• University degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• More than five years of experience in talent acquisition and attraction.
• Ability to translate business strategy into forward-looking talent and workforce planning initiatives.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proven expertise in designing and optimizing global talent acquisition operating models, processes, and governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to leverage data, KPIs, and labor market insights.
• Deep knowledge of modern recruiting technologies, digital talent acquisition, HR marketing, employer branding, and AI-enabled recruiting solutions.
• Strong project and change management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of global recruitment compliance, employment practices, and governance.
