Accelleron Industries seeks a Senior HR Business Partner in Baden, CH, to support Technology and Service divisions with strategic HR advisory, organizational development, and compliance within a hybrid work model.
The company is looking for a senior HR professional to join the Technology Management Team. In this capacity, the role serves as a trusted advisor to leaders across the Technology (R&D), Service, and select Corporate Functions, covering a workforce of approximately 260 employees. The position aims to drive both business outcomes and people success by integrating HR perspectives into key business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR partnership and advisory services to leadership teams within Technology, Service, and specific Corporate departments.
- Participate in the Technology Division Management Team to contribute HR insights regarding business strategy, organizational structure, and personnel matters.
- Guide managers on HR policies, processes, and best practices, including handling employee relations, performance reviews, change management, and leadership development.
- Collaborate with executives on workforce planning, organizational design, talent pipelines, succession strategies, and skill development.
- Oversee the execution of annual HR cycles, such as performance evaluations, compensation reviews, talent assessments, and engagement initiatives.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to recruit for specific roles, ensuring effective job marketing and communication.
- Analyze workforce and people data to spot trends, generate insights, and propose practical actions that align with business goals.
- Lead or support HR projects, process enhancements, and various local or global assignments.
- Promote an inclusive, high-performance culture that reflects the company’s core values.
- Ensure all HR solutions comply with Swiss employment laws, internal governance standards, and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of five years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or generalist in a complex business setting, with preference for experience in management team environments.
- Deep knowledge of talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and Swiss employment legislation.
- Demonstrated ability to advise, challenge, and influence leaders at various organizational levels.
- Capacity to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational execution.
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach with strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in an international matrix environment.
- Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
Nice to have
- Prior experience supporting technical, engineering, R&D, industrial, service, or manufacturing teams.
- Familiarity with Workday or comparable HR information systems.
