Talent Acquisition Partner

Teneo AG seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment for APAC and the Middle East, acting as a strategic HR Business Partner within a high-performing global team.

This position functions as a strategic HR Business Partner and is an integral part of Teneo AG’s dedicated global recruiting team. The role focuses on managing end-to-end hiring processes for the APAC and Middle East regions while partnering with senior leadership to align talent strategies with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for all business units operating in the APAC and Middle East regions.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify hiring needs and create targeted sourcing plans.
• Champion diversity and inclusion by implementing comprehensive strategies and working with relevant partners to ensure equitable hiring practices.
• Advise on talent acquisition best practices and support broader HR Business Partner initiatives.
• Maintain an organized recruitment workflow and track applicant data using the Greenhouse ATS.
• Review interview feedback to assist in making informed hiring decisions.

Requirements

• At least five years of professional experience in talent acquisition.
• Proven success in managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Strong proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Exceptional organizational abilities with a strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives.

Nice to have

• Experience with Greenhouse or Workday ATS platforms is preferred.
