Management Consulting, Senior Consultant

Teneo AG seeks a Senior Management Consultant to advise executive clients on strategic topics, managing workstreams and delivering high-impact solutions for global corporations and public sector entities.

This role sits within the Management Consulting division, where the company helps executive-level clients tackle business-critical challenges. The position focuses on delivering strategic solutions for major global corporations and public sector organizations.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of specific workstreams or lead smaller cases under the guidance of senior leadership.
• Formulate and refine answers, moving from initial hypotheses to validated solutions.
• Oversee daily operations of the case or workstream team, including workload distribution and coaching.
• Operate with a high degree of independence, requiring minimal supervision.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for junior and mid-level client stakeholders.
• Deliver clear and engaging presentations to clients.
• Contribute to business development efforts.
• Strengthen client relationships and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience, preferably in strategy or management consulting.
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
• Strong analytical abilities and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
• Highly logical and numerate.
• Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, and ambition, supported by relevant experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, influencing and challenging when necessary.
• Capacity to make a positive and credible first impression.
• Strong work ethic with meticulous attention to detail.
• Skilled at influencing and negotiating while maintaining positive relationships during challenging discussions.
• Proactive approach, willingly taking on unfamiliar tasks.
