Senior Talent Partner

Entyre in Dübendorf, CH, seeks a Senior Talent Partner to lead hiring for senior and leadership roles. The role requires 5+ years in high-growth environments, fluency in German and English, and experience in direct sourcing and executive outreach.

This role is designed to shape the future of Entyre’s leadership team, going beyond traditional recruitment to influence talent strategy across the company. It is a high-impact, high-visibility position with direct influence on senior leadership and company-wide priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior, leadership, and critical business roles
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the founder, CEO, and executive team on talent matters
• Proactively identify and engage top candidates via LinkedIn, professional networks, and referrals
• Develop a talent pipeline of future leaders aligned with the company’s growth goals
• Evaluate and refine role definitions, seniority levels, and hiring priorities
• Ensure an exceptional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process
• Enhance recruitment processes, tools, and data to improve effectiveness
• Support new leaders during onboarding to ensure quick integration and success
• Guide and develop junior Talent Partners through mentorship and coaching

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in senior or leadership hiring within startups, scale-ups, or fast-growing companies
• Proven experience in direct sourcing and executive-level outreach
• Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders, offering insight, challenge, and advice
• Fluency in both German and English at C1/C2 level, with experience conducting senior-level interviews
