Head of Employee Experience & Belonging

Nestle seeks a Senior Head of Employee Experience & Belonging in Vevey to unify DE&I and employee experience strategies globally, driving cultural impact through human-centered design and data-driven insights.

This position unifies the employee experience and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion functions under a single, forward-looking belonging agenda designed for global scale. The role focuses on shaping the workplace environment and culture so that diversity becomes a source of strength, requiring close collaboration with Talent, People Analytics, Corporate Affairs, and business leaders to drive real impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle journey, from initial attraction and onboarding to exit and alumni relations.
• Create a worldwide employee experience framework that integrates human-centered design, service design principles, and digital solutions.
• Develop listening strategies alongside People Analytics to convert feedback into actionable narratives.
• Integrate belonging practices into daily business operations to enhance psychological safety, employee voice, equitable opportunity, and leader accountability.
• Maintain the internal employee value proposition and belonging narrative through authentic storytelling and internal campaigns.
• Direct the global belonging community, report to senior stakeholders, and manage external positioning.
• Participate in senior stakeholder discussions to define and prioritize employee experience initiatives.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in leading Employee Experience, Culture, or Belonging initiatives at scale within complex organizations.
• Experience working at the intersection of HR, business strategy, and brand communications.
• Proficiency in applying human-centered design, journey mapping, or service design methodologies.
• Ability to synthesize data, human insights, and storytelling to influence senior leadership.
• Fluent proficiency in English.
• Proven capability to partner with senior HR and business leaders, influencing across boundaries without formal authority.
