Roche seeks an Intern for its Inclusion & Belonging International office in Basel. The role supports country Impact Networks, drives engagement initiatives, and leverages AI tools within a hybrid work model.
The Inclusion & Belonging International office is a core component of the company's People & Culture strategy. This position provides a chance to work directly with this team, contributing to strategic goals while helping to build a more inclusive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison for Roche's country Impact Networks (Business/Employee Resource Groups) located in Switzerland.
- Help coordinate resources, prepare for cultural awareness days, and provide communication support to these groups.
- Tackle team challenges and key deliverables by applying AI systems and methods to daily operations.
- Organize engagement activities with internal and external networks, manage follow-up tasks, track success metrics, and handle social media duties.
Requirements
- Must be currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Business Administration, Sociology, Human Resources, or Global Studies, or have graduated within the past year.
- Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and create clear, compelling presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Capable of structured thinking and managing several concurrent tasks in a fast-paced, matrixed corporate setting.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and German.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage.
