Premium Client Advisor

Resolve in Geneva seeks a Mid-level Premium Client Advisor to support (U)HNWI clients with mortgage loan solutions and structured debt offerings. The role requires experience in Swiss financial markets and mortgage structuring, with direct client engagement and network development.

This position focuses on developing and managing the premium credit offering, working directly with (U)HNWI clients to provide tailored mortgage loan solutions and structured financing options for real estate and investment needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the premium credit offering, including direct client engagement with (U)HNWI individuals to identify and deliver mortgage loan solutions.
• Support asset protection initiatives by maintaining indirect relationships with (U)HNWI clients managed through EAM, Family Offices, or Private Banks.
• Manage structured debt solutions, including direct collaboration with (U)HNWI clients and real estate professionals for bridge loans, mezzanine financing, and private debt in the form of bonds or equity.
• Work with real estate investors to address their financing needs, including acquisition, refinancing, and capital raising for real estate portfolios.
• Evaluate mortgage loan funding requests and provide advisory support throughout the funding process, covering loan offers, cash management, tax planning, and optimization until loan disbursement.
• Coordinate with notaries, lenders, and pension funds as needed.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with business introducers and lenders.
• Continuously expand and strengthen the company’s B2B network.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in the Swiss financial market.
• Substantial experience in structuring mortgage loans is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working with (U)HNWI clients and real estate professionals is advantageous.
• An established network within the wealth management sector is a plus.
• Ability to conduct client interviews in English and/or Swiss German is beneficial.
