This six-month internship sits within the Press Relations department at Roger Dubuis. The primary purpose of the role is to support the team in organizing and planning various press-related activities, ensuring smooth execution of media engagements.
Responsibilities
- Help create, translate, and distribute press materials.
- Liaise with internal departments and global markets to handle requests for interviews and photo shoots.
- Provide logistical and operational support for media representatives attending international events hosted at the headquarters.
- Manage press attendance at press trips, including coordinating schedules, travel arrangements, and accommodation.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program focused on Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a closely related discipline.
- Fluency in both English and French, with strong written communication skills in each language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience in project management within the public relations field.
