This role seeks a seasoned Private Chef with experience in high-end gastronomy, particularly from a 2 Michelin-starred restaurant, to provide culinary services for a family and their household. The position involves preparing daily meals, managing private events, and catering for up to 25 guests, with a focus on refined, seasonal cuisine and seamless integration into the household environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare daily meals for the family and children
- Cook staff meals regularly
- Organize and execute private dinners, events, and catering for up to 25 guests
- Create original, refined, and seasonal menus
- Demonstrate strong expertise in Italian and French cuisine
- Stay open to learning new culinary techniques and cuisines
- Collaborate with household staff and external service providers
- Participate in family and staff meals
- Build a respectful, long-term relationship with the family
- Travel with the family, including approximately 2 months in summer and additional trips as needed
- Hold a valid driving licence and be a confident driver
Requirements
- Proven experience working in 2 Michelin-starred restaurants
- Demonstrated background in private catering and event cooking
- Fluent English speaker (required)
- Valid driving licence and confident driving ability (required)
