Siegfried seeks a Process Manager Production in Zofingen to optimize chemical manufacturing processes, ensure cGMP compliance, and serve as the operational link to customers.
Based in Zofingen, this position is an immediate or agreed-upon start within the Product Leadership Team. The role focuses on refining chemical and physical processes for complex product portfolios while acting as the primary communication interface for customers regarding operational matters.
Responsibilities
- Enhance existing and new production workflows to improve cycle times, yields, and cost efficiency, strictly adhering to cGMP standards.
- Evaluate the feasibility and suitability of emerging technologies and processes for chemical manufacturing facilities.
- Monitor product campaigns and define measures for continuous process improvement and optimization.
- Manage process documentation, material balances, and SAP manufacturing recipes.
- Lead or own process aspects within investment projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including cGMP, SHE, and authority regulations for assigned products.
Requirements
- University degree in Chemistry, specializing in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or Organic Chemistry.
- Professional background in chemical or pharmaceutical production, or pilot plant operations.
- At least three years of experience in a comparable role.
- Business-fluent proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken.
