SimplyVision GmbH seeks a Senior Freelance Project Manager Service for LATAM, based remotely, to oversee 3PL scope and integration projects for a Basel-based client.

This remote position supports a customer in Basel/Switzerland by managing project and integration activities for the Latin American market. The role focuses on aligning 3PL scopes, managing risks, and ensuring smooth execution of technical assessments and cutover plans.

Responsibilities

• Assess and align the scope of 3PL operations
• Take accountability for overall project and integration management
• Prepare and deliver regular status reports
• Identify and manage project risks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support project goals
• Contribute to the creation and review of functional specifications
• Assist in the specification, review, execution, and evaluation of Operational Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ)
• Support the development of cutover strategies and data migration efforts
• Evaluate technical aspects of user requirements
• Provide support during Key Design Document (KDD) reviews
• Participate in project review meetings

Requirements

• Proven track record of several years working as a project manager
• Solid background in project, risk, and integration management
• Hands-on experience using JIRA for task tracking
• Fluent proficiency in English
• Must reside within the EU or possess valid Swiss work authorization
