This training position provides a structured pathway for new graduates to explore the global landscape of Regulatory Affairs and Regulatory Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls. Participants will complete two one-year rotations across different regulatory functions, building a comprehensive understanding of the field.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide strategic regulatory advice on development, submission planning, documentation, timelines, and risk assessment.
- Prepare and support high-quality dossiers for drug substances and products to facilitate global regulatory submissions.
- Ensure dossiers meet specific regulatory requirements across various countries and regions.
- Manage submission activities, including planning, preparation, review, coordination, and final submission.
- Promote regulatory compliance by raising awareness of guidelines, facilitating timely variation submissions, and participating in change control processes.
- Assist in developing and maintaining consistent product information on a global scale.
- Support the Regulatory Intelligence group by analyzing the EU regulatory framework and sharing insights with the internal regulatory community.
- Monitor, search for, and evaluate legislation and guidelines from multiple sources.
Requirements
- Demonstrate a strong interest in Regulatory Affairs and Drug Development.
- Hold an MSc, PhD, or PharmD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or an equivalent degree, completed within the last 24 months.
- Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Show an open-minded attitude, a desire to expand knowledge, and an international perspective.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse backgrounds and at various hierarchical levels.
- Be eligible to work in Switzerland or have completed studies at a Swiss university.
