Restaurants Manager

This role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, delivering superior customer experiences, and providing strong leadership for teams involved in self-service dining, table-service restaurants, retail concepts, catering, and coffee corners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food service activities across restaurants, catering, retail outlets, and coffee stations to guarantee consistent, high-quality service.
• Foster a service-oriented culture that improves the daily experience for staff, visitors, and guests.
• Monitor financial results by managing revenue, controlling costs, and improving operational efficiency.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, nutritional standards, and corporate compliance regulations.
• Build motivated teams by encouraging accountability, teamwork, and ongoing process improvements.
• Implement new dining trends and best practices to boost guest satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in food service or restaurant operations within a multi-service setting.
• Ability to lead and engage teams with a strong service mindset, clear accountability, and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Discipline in applying operational, financial, and compliance standards to ensure reliable performance and high quality.
• Strong collaboration skills with internal stakeholders and external partners, along with confident use of digital tools.
• Fluency in both French and English.
