Head of Talent - Global Operations

Nestlé Operational Services Worldwide SA seeks a Director to lead the global talent strategy for its operations, focusing on leadership development and data-driven decision-making across three zones.

This position defines the talent direction for the #OneOperations initiative across three global zones. The role bridges corporate talent goals with operational needs, transforming workforce data into strategic insights to build strong leadership pipelines and future-ready capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global talent strategy for #OneOperations, ensuring alignment with the Nestlé Operational Masterplan and corporate talent objectives.
• Oversee senior-level talent initiatives, including succession planning, talent reviews, and the development of leadership pipelines.
• Analyze talent insights, workforce data, and external benchmarks to establish clear priorities that support informed leadership decisions.
• Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to design scalable solutions for leadership, technical, digital, and AI-enabled development.
• Enhance talent and development practices such as career discussions, mentoring, stretch assignments, and internal mobility programs.
• Ensure consistency and transparency in global talent processes across three zones through robust governance, analytics, and data quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent management for senior roles, with a strong background in succession planning, leadership development, and talent reviews.
• Deep understanding of operations, with the strategic and operational acumen to connect business priorities, talent needs, and succession insights.
• Proficiency in using talent analytics, dashboards, and workforce insights to identify gaps and drive evidence-based talent decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and challenge senior leaders in operations and markets, including executive-level stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication skills in English.
