Safety & Security Agent

AMAC Aerospace seeks a Safety & Security Agent in Basel for on-site, full-time duties including facility patrols, VIP transport, and security compliance.

This multifaceted position operates within an exclusive environment, requiring the holder to apply rigorous safety and security protocols across AMAC facilities. The role is responsible and challenging, serving as a key support function for both internal operations and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and external partners upon arrival
• Conducting internal training sessions focused on safety, security, and environmental standards
• Executing internal patrols to maintain safety and security integrity
• Managing car park allocation and providing backup support for facility operations
• Serving as a chauffeur for VIP customers
• Ensuring company compliance with airport security standards
• Supporting flight operations on a 24/7 basis as backup for the reception team

Requirements

• Federal Diploma in Safety & Security or equivalent (e.g., SSIAP, CQP-APS, or FSB)
• At least three years of experience in a similar role
• Fluency in both English and French
• Certification in first aid and fire fighting
• Clean criminal record
• Ability to work flexible shifts, maintain discretion, and function effectively within a team

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German
