Sales Operations Specialist

Richemont seeks a Sales Operations Specialist in Meyrin to support European market activities for Roger Dubuis. This 1-year fixed-term role focuses on stock management, SAP coordination, and sales analysis.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, this position plays a key part in sustaining daily operations across the European market. The primary objective is to drive sales growth and reinforce Roger Dubuis’s position as a leader in expressive haute horlogerie. The role is structured as a one-year fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

• Track daily sales figures and handle stock replenishment proactively.
• Process orders, returns, transfers, and dispatches within SAP, collaborating with regional and headquarters teams.
• Oversee consignment inventory and implement model stock strategies.
• Address product-related requests, including straps, warranty cards, repairs, and spare parts.
• Liaise with Supply, Logistics, Finance, and regional platforms to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond efficiently to inquiries regarding pricing, availability, deliveries, and complaints.
• Enforce Maison Consignment policies and assist with bi-annual audits.
• Provide regular updates on shipments and order status.
• Support the opening and closing of POS and event locations in SAP/Booster, including master data maintenance.
• Create and follow up on POs for Capex and invoices.
• Monitor warranty activation in Booster.
• Assist retail and wholesale teams during events, factory visits, and operational tasks.
• Develop and update dashboards to track market performance.
• Analyze product and boutique performance metrics.
• Support management in business reviews and weekly sales forecasting.
• Ensure strict compliance with business processes.
• Serve as a key user for SAP and Booster systems.
• Test new releases and pilots for SAP and Booster.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in sales operations or a comparable field.
• Fluency in both English and French.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and solution-driven approach.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on customer service.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and strong team player mentality.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of additional European languages.
• Prior experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• A passion for fine watchmaking.
• Understanding of international retail business and affinity with the luxury industry.
