Sales Operations Specialist

Roger Dubuis seeks a Sales Operations Specialist in Meyrin to support European market growth, manage SAP/Booster systems, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

This position serves as the central hub for operational knowledge within the European region, reporting directly to the Regional Operations Manager. The role is designed to facilitate daily sales activities, ensuring that Roger Dubuis maintains its position as a leader in expressive haute horlogerie through efficient logistical and administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Track daily sales figures and handle stock replenishment proactively.
• Process orders, returns, transfers, and dispatches using SAP, while collaborating with regional and headquarters teams.
• Oversee consignment stock and implement model stock strategies.
• Address inquiries regarding all product lines, including straps, warranty cards, repairs, and spare parts.
• Liaise with Supply, Logistics, Finance, and regional platforms to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond to questions about pricing, availability, and deliveries, as well as handle complaints with a service-oriented approach.
• Enforce Maison Consignment policies and assist with bi-annual audits.
• Manage requests from boutiques, area managers, and wholesale partners concerning product availability and pricing.
• Provide regular updates on shipments and order status.
• Assist with the opening and closing of points of sale and event locations, including stock planning and master data maintenance in SAP and Booster.
• Create and follow up on purchase orders for Capex and invoices.
• Monitor warranty activation processes within the Booster system.
• Support retail and wholesale teams during events, factory visits, and other operational needs.
• Develop and update dashboards to track market performance.
• Analyze product and boutique performance metrics.
• Assist management with business reviews and weekly sales forecasts.
• Ensure all business processes are understood and executed in full compliance.
• Act as a key user for SAP and Booster systems, including testing new releases and pilots.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in sales operations or a comparable field.
• Fluency in both English and French.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and solution-driven.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on customer service.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and ability to work effectively within a team.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Fluency in additional European languages.
• A passion for fine watchmaking.
• Understanding of international retail business and an affinity for the luxury sector.
