Stadlerrail seeks a Sales & Project Assistant in Wallisellen to support tender preparation, budget monitoring, and project coordination within a collaborative team environment.
This position focuses on assisting sales and project teams with their daily operations. The role is designed to help shape future mobility solutions by handling administrative, analytical, and coordination tasks that keep projects on track.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and organizing documents for tenders and bids
- Developing cost calculations, business presentations, and gathering necessary data to aid sales efforts
- Compiling and analyzing monthly reports on new orders
- Arranging and coordinating meetings, workshops, and corporate events, including preparing agendas
- Consolidating documentation for monthly order reviews
- Tracking project budgets monthly in partnership with the Project Management team
- Maintaining accurate and compliant project records and data
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- A proactive and flexible mindset with strong organizational abilities
- A hands-on approach with a drive to take ownership and deliver results
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well across different departments
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, paired with an independent and structured work style
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent German (C1 level) and very good English skills, both written and spoken
