SAP MDG technical consultant

Fusion Consulting AG seeks a Mid-level SAP MDG technical consultant in Switzerland to develop master data solutions, configure interfaces, and support data migration processes.

This position focuses on the technical implementation of SAP MDG solutions across essential master data areas. The consultant will tailor system interfaces, oversee data replication, and work alongside functional teams to ensure that technical deliverables meet specific business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure SAP MDG frameworks for core master data categories such as Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, Material, and Finance.
• Adapt user interfaces by utilizing SAP Fiori UI5, Floorplan Manager (FPM), and Web Dynpro technologies.
• Administer system interfaces responsible for data replication via IDOC, ALE, and DRF to guarantee smooth data exchange.
• Create workflows, perform ABAP coding, and execute data migration tasks.
• Improve system efficiency and resolve technical defects.
• Partner with functional specialists to align technical outputs with business goals.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SAP MDG and ABAP development.
• Experience with SAP Fiori UI5, Floorplan Manager, and Web Dynpro.
• Knowledge of data replication mechanisms including IDOC, ALE, and DRF.
• Valid work permit for EU/EFTA citizens.
