SAP QM - Senior Consultant (f/m/d)

MHP seeks a Senior SAP QM Consultant to lead S/4HANA implementation projects in Switzerland. The role focuses on configuration, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.

This position serves as the primary expert for SAP Quality Management within S/4HANA consulting engagements. The consultant guides business stakeholders through the entire project lifecycle, translating requirements into effective solutions while coordinating with various technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct SAP QM implementation efforts and provide expert consulting during S/4HANA projects.
• Serve as the central contact for all Quality Management inquiries, supporting clients from start to finish.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and convert business needs into tailored SAP QM configurations.
• Design solution architectures that align with industry best practices and specific client objectives.
• Partner with specialists in CO, PS, Service, and Logistics modules to ensure integrated system performance.
• Oversee testing phases, cutover planning, hypercare support, and user adoption strategies.
• Create functional documentation, progress reports, and presentation materials for client review.
• Collaborate closely with internal project teams and external users to guarantee successful delivery outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven track record in SAP QM configuration, customization, and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation, rollout, or implementation initiatives.
• Solid grasp of end-to-end Quality Management workflows and their integration with PP, MM, PM, CO, PS, and Service.
• Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, capture business requirements, and engage directly with stakeholders.
• Experience managing workstreams or coordinating complex topics across multiple teams.
• Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Possession of a valid work permit for Switzerland.

Nice to have

• Background in global template deployments or international rollout projects.
• Foundational knowledge of CO, PS, or Service processes.
• Holding an SAP QM certification.
• Proficiency in the German language.
