ESA Partners in Geneva seeks a Senior Banker to serve Ultra or High Net Worth clients, multi-family offices, and institutional clients from the Middle East. The role requires 10+ years in private or investment banking, strong relationship management, and a Swiss nationality or valid C Permit.
This position focuses on building long-term client relationships with Middle Eastern private and institutional clients, grounded in ethical standards. The banker will develop and execute a personalized business strategy based on their client network and market expertise.
Responsibilities
- Establish trust and cultivate individualized relationships with clients, guided by strict ethical principles
- Align proposed financial products and services with clients’ specific goals and objectives
- Grow a personal client portfolio of Ultra or High Net Worth individuals, multi-family offices, or institutional clients from the Middle East
- Create and implement a business plan tailored to client base and professional network
Requirements
- Currently employed in a bank, EAM, multi-family office, or financial institution, with interest in joining a top-tier bank to provide stability and quality to clients
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in private or investment banking, serving high-net-worth individuals, families, or financial institutions
- Proven track record as a senior private banker with strong relationship management and deep market knowledge
- Solid understanding of financial products, services, and markets
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset
- Swiss citizenship or valid C Permit
